Princes Building / Liverpool
The site comprises three unique buildings of which two are Grade II Listed, including a goods warehouse, the last remaining three room / three storey historic terrace in the City centre and the beautifully crafted Victorian Princes Building being the primary frontage onto Dale Street. Dale Street is a key arterial route in Liverpool City Centre and one of the original seven streets of medieval Liverpool, forming a key route in the city’s commercial and historic core.
The sensitive refurbishment of all three buildings will include a range of apartments and commercial space, facilitating regeneration within a historic context.
Our proposals weave together the three distinct building types through the addition of contemporary insertions. Historic features with the existing buildings have been carefully considered, ensuring a seamless integration between new and old.
