The site is located within the Canning Street, Conservation area. The bid proposal for the derelict Grade II Listed Georgian terraces suggest to recreate the original 1840 division of the townhouses for the new layouts.
The proposal enhances the heritage asset by means of renovation and the addition of new contemporary elements that are respectful of the Grade II Listed Georgian townhouses and the iconic coherent streetscape.
The proposal brings a mix of residential units that share the benefits of common space. The various apartment types offer generous, varied and flexible space for a range of potential residents.
