North Point Global Chairman David Choules and Development Director Antonio Garcia met with Liverpool’s Chinese Business Association (LCBA) last week to discuss development progress.

The well attended meeting held at Liverpool’s oldest Chinese Freemason building on Nelson Street, was an opportunity to advance discussions including progress updates, the wider community and potential new opportunities.

NPG are proud to work alongside the LCBA and will continue to do so on a regular basis.

The project is also creating excitement closer to home. At a recent meeting between North Point Global Chair, David Choules and Liverpool’s Chinese business and community leaders there was strong support for the development that they believe will bring new life and prosperity to an historic community. Amongst those present were Mr Simon Wong from the Liverpool Chinese Business Association and one of the city’s most respected community leaders Mr Wai Sai Wong from Liverpool’s oldest Chinese Association, Chee Kun Tong. Describing the meeting as a great success, Development Director of North Point Global and Managing Director of BLOK, Antonio Garcia, explained:

“The community and business leaders view this as an historic development that will be a new chapter in Liverpool’s long relationship with China. We will be involving the community in the next phase of design and we will be holding quarterly meetings going forward to involve them in every aspect of the project.”
